VBOPP-GZ01 is a metallized biaxially oriented polypropylene film for packaging that needs protection against oxygen, moisture and light. The reference thickness is 18 μm.

Good aluminum-layer adhesion supports lamination, while the film also provides heat-seal performance under the specified test conditions. It can be combined with suitable PP films to develop polypropylene-based packaging structures.

Recycling compatibility depends on the complete structure, inks, adhesives and local collection and recycling systems.

• Heat-seal strength: specification ≥2.0 N/15 mm; test value 2.3 N/15 mm at 135°C, 0.18 MPa, 1 s.
• Suitable for evaluation in PP-based laminated packaging.

Confirm barrier performance after converting, seal integrity and product compatibility in the final package.

Numeric OTR and WVTR data are pending confirmation of the units and test conditions in the source TDS. Optical-density test method also requires confirmation. Values shown are reference data for the film; validate the complete packaging structure before use.
