The bond between the film layer and the aluminum layer is strong, and it has excellent oxygen and moisture barrier properties.Suitable for packaging with high adhesion requirements for the aluminum layer, such as coffee bags, sauce packets, oily and aqueous products, as well as food requiring boiling and retorting (cooked food, meat), daily chemical products, pharmaceutical packaging, etc. Products produced with different aluminum vacuum metallization equipment on the same substrate exhibit differences in aluminum adhesion.
Four different models
VPET-JQ01 can be pasteurized and retorted
VPET-JQ17 only can be pasteurized
VPET-JQ20 can not be pasteurized or retorted
VPET-JQ36 can not be pasteurized or retorted
1. The film surface is treated with a chemical coating ,which ensures strong adhesion between the film and the aluminum layer. Adhesion>4N/15mm;
2. The aluminum layer exhibits high ahdesion,allowing for an increase in its thickness without the risk of flaking or delamination,extending the shelf life and keep retention;
3.Increasing the thickness of the aluminum layer to improve the high barrier performance;
4.Good moisture and thermal resistance.
1.For packaging with high requirements, a three-layer structure can be used for composite structures. In some applications, the three-layer structure can be replaced with a two-layer structure to reduce costs;
2. Suitable for packaging milk powder, coffee, snacks, etc. It can extend the shelf life of food and has a good fragrance retention effect. Combined with composite technology, it can be used for retorting or retorting packaging;
3. It can replace some aluminum foil composite structure packaging;
4. Can be used for high water resistance applications, it is an improvement of liquid packaging;
5. Combined with composite technology, it can be used for water boiling or steam boiling packaging.
