This product is made of biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) as the base material. After surface corona treatment, a dense aluminum layer is deposited on the surface of the base material through vacuum evaporation technology to achieve a high adhesion between the aluminum layer and the base material. The product combines the high stiffness and tear resistance of BOPP film with the high barrier and light-blocking properties of the aluminum coating. The adhesion of the aluminum layer is much better than that of ordinary BOPP aluminum-coated films, and as a single material structure, it is more convenient for subsequent recycling and sorting, which is in line with the global "plastic reduction" and "circular economy" trends. It can withstand secondary processing procedures such as printing, compounding, and bag-making, and is widely used in mid-to-high-end packaging for food and daily chemical products.

Notes for Attention
In order to maintain the best performance of the material, it should be stored in an environment with a temperature below 30°C and a relative humidity of approximately 50%.
