BOPA-CLG is a high-barrier nylon film combining oxygen protection, transparency, mechanical strength and lamination performance. It is intended for barrier-packaging structures requiring boiling or retort processing.

The reference thickness is 15 μm; width and length can be produced to customer requirements. The film offers good puncture resistance, gloss and resistance to twisting.

For the BOPA-CLG//RCP laminate identified in the TDS, typical OTR is 0.3 cc/(m²·day) both before and after retort at 121°C. Retort duration and OTR test temperature and humidity are not specified and should be confirmed for the intended application.

Before/after-retort OTR data apply to BOPA-CLG//RCP. The TDS specifies 121°C but does not state retort duration or OTR test temperature/humidity. Values are reference data; final-package performance must be validated.
