BOPP-SiOx-TZ​ is a premium biaxially oriented polypropylene film coated with a high-performance silicon oxide (SiOx) barrier layer. Designed specifically for use as a critical barrier component in laminated flexible packaging, it effectively blocks oxygen and moisture transmission to significantly extend product shelf life.

With a standard thickness of 18μm and availability in fully customizable widths and lengths, this film integrates seamlessly into high-speed converting processes. It features excellent transparency for superior product visibility and enhanced shelf appeal, alongside outstanding printability for vibrant graphics. The film is engineered to withstand retort sterilization conditions of 121°C for 30 minutes, making it ideal for a wide range of food packaging applications. Its two-side corona treatment ensures optimal adhesion in lamination structures.
