Transparent ultra-high barrier biaxially oriented polypropylene aluminum oxide coated film (BOPP-AlOx-GZ) is produced by depositing a transparent aluminum oxide layer onto chemically coated BOPP film via physical vapor deposition.
Transparent ultra-high barrier biaxially oriented polypropylene aluminum oxide coated film (BOPP-AlOx-GZ) is produced by depositing a transparent aluminum oxide layer onto chemically coated BOPP film via physical vapor deposition.
Compared with co-extruded films, coated films and conventional aluminum metallized films, transparent aluminum oxide coated film is more environmentally friendly and features superior barrier and printing properties. It offers better transparency, visibility and printability, enabling more possibilities for single-material packaging solutions.
It is suitable for packaging food, pharmaceuticals, medical materials, electronic products and other applications with high barrier requirements.
1. Excellent adhesion of aluminum layer,greatly improving strength with other materials;
2. Excellent oxygen and moisture resistance performance, prolong the shelf life;
3. Superior processability and wide applicability:can replace packaging materials such as KPET, KBOPP, KBOPA, VMPET, SiOx, BOPA, aluminum foil, EVOH and co-extruded films. Used as the intermediate layer in three-layer structures to achieve homogeneous composite materials.
4. The material complies with FDA,EU,REACH,RoHS and GB1806.7 regulatory and others, making it eco-friendly and safety.

In order to maintain the best performance of the material, the material should be stored in an environment with the tempereture below 30'c and a humidity of about 50%RH.
1. Alternative to the use of packing material such as KPET, KBOPP, KBOPA, PAM,
VMPET, SiOx, BOPA, aluminum foil, EVOH and co-extrusion film, with better
environmental protection recycling;
2. Packaging of dried fruit, tea, coffee, chocolate, dehydrated food, dry flavors, spices,
medicines and other packaging;
3. Can be microwaved and can be detected by metal detectors;
4. More softer than PET.
