PET AlOx Film cannot compensate for powder or liquid trapped in a pouch seal. If packs leak after filling, establish whether oxygen enters through the panel or an incomplete closure.

Cailong's AlOx Film Supplier range includes PET-AlOx-020, a transparent oxide-coated BOPET web. In a PET-AlOx / adhesive / PE laminate for evaluation, PET-AlOx supplies the barrier role while PE forms the heat seal.

Reproduce the filling defect

Compare clean seals with seals containing a controlled amount of the actual product. Keep jaw settings and laminate constant. Examine channels, wrinkles and product deposits before increasing the barrier specification.

Separate sealant choice from PET AlOx Film

A contamination-tolerant sealant requires its own trial. Check leakage and seal strength after the intended handling, then measure barrier on intact laminate samples. Neither result substitutes for the other.

Give Cailong the filling product, sealant grade, layer drawing and leak location to define the barrier web's part in the redesign.
