PLA AlOx Film can add transparent barrier to a biodegradable packaging project, but the film alone does not define the finished pack. Adhesive, sealant, printing and package geometry remain part of the decision.
A Cailong AlOx Film Supplier should receive the required OTR and WVTR, storage climate, filling process and intended disposal claim. PLA is the confirmed base film; PET AlOx data should not be transferred to it.
Build from the Claim Backward
A biodegradable substrate does not automatically make every ink, adhesive and sealant suitable for the same claim. Define what must be verified for the whole package and obtain compatible evidence from each supplier.
Match Barrier to the Product
Separate oxygen, moisture and aroma requirements. Test after printing, curing, pouch making and storage because folds and bonds may change the incoming-web result.
Approve the Finished Pack
Compare seals, transparency and barrier under intended distribution conditions. Send Cailong the structure, product sensitivity, target shelf life, test conditions and end-of-life requirement.
