MDOPE Coated Film may serve as the outer print web in a PE refill pouch that needs stiffness and printability. A move from PET/PE must be evaluated at pouch level because the web, adhesive and PE sealant behave differently in converting.
Cailong presents it as a High Barrier Film option for mono-PE packaging. Define the refill product, pouch volume, current laminate, printing route, filling temperature and barrier target before selecting gauge.
Check the spout, bottom fold and side seals after filling and transport simulation. Flat-film data cannot reveal leakage caused by creasing, bond stress or coating damage.
The coated MDOPE web is not the seal layer. Choose PE sealant around jaw settings, contamination and hot tack, then confirm the adhesive and ink fit the intended PE structure.
