An AlOx Film Supplier needs the formulation, pouch structure, fill temperature, storage conditions and required barrier. Cailong positions BOPP AlOx for transparent PP-based high-barrier structures, while the final pack requires customer validation.

Define the Contact Risk

List the detergent form, fragrance content, pH range and expected contact time. Include product on the seal area and exterior splash exposure in the test plan.

Check the PP Structure

Confirm print, adhesive and sealant compatibility. Inspect swelling, whitening, delamination and seal creep after upright and inverted storage.

Qualify the Filled Pouch

Run leakage, drop and storage tests using the real formulation. Send Cailong the structure, conditions, observations and failed samples.
